Sport builds character?

“Sport builds character even more than muscle and stamina.” At first I thought that isn't true. But yes, sport can definitely build character. Sport is a good thing in mental and physical way. It can help you at school and other things in life eventhough sometimes it can make you feel more tired. If you do some training you can clear your mind everything not so nice things.

Like I said, all sports are good for you in many ways. If you do sport actively, you may have to spend more time on it. It can be sometimes frustrating, but usually the reward comes after you. You can get disappointments but that help you cope with other hard things. For some people sport can also be a good way to reach self-confidence. In that way you can feel that you are good at something.

So sometimes a little suffering can be just good for you. Then you won't give up so easily in some other things like in school. After hard training you can feel yourself much better like a winner! This is just one perspective in sport. I think that sport can affect you in so many good ways. I recommend it for everyone!
